Our spacious banquet hall is available for private parties, business meetings, community events, and any occasion large or small. We have seating for up to 125 people and a building capacity of 200 persons.

  • $400 for 5 hours on non-holiday dates

  • $70 per additional hour

For Private Holiday Events

  • $650 for 5 hours

For Freemason Events

  • Jefferson County Lodge Member

    • $50 for 8 hours

  • Other Lodge Member​

    • $200 for 8 hours

  • Requirements

    • Events must be of a personal nature

    • Mason must be in attendance for the duration of the event

For All Rentals

  • Free use of kitchen

    • Refrigerator​

    • Microwave

    • 2 range stovetop ovens

    • Dishwasher (pickup date TBD)

    • 3 kitchen sinks

    • Banquet coffee maker (60 cups)

  • Ivory white tablecloths: no charge 

  • Linen tablecloth service: $15 per linen

  • $200 refundable security deposit
  • $90 professional cleaning fee
